St. Mary's Parish and the Diocese of La Crosse are committed to ensuring the safety of all parishioners, especially our children. The Diocese of La Crosse has mandated a Safe Environment Program that each parish must strictly follow. 

At St. Mary's, all those 16+ years of age who will volunteer or work around children for more than one event must complete the Safe Environment Awareness Training. This consists of watching an online video, reading the "Green Book" and "Red Book" information, reading additional information, and completing a background check.  The Verification of Training Form and the Confidential Questionnaire must also be signed.
